As of March 1, KAMURJ UCO introduces a 2% interest rate reduction across all loan products
“KAMURJ” UCO CJSC hereby announces that the bonds with a total value of AMD 1,000,000,000 were fully allocated on the opening day of the auction, held on February 3, 2026, on the Armenian Stock Exchange.
“KAMURJ” Universal Credit Organization CJSC announces the issuance of nominal, coupon-bearing, dematerialized, non-convertible bonds with a total volume of AMD 1,000,000,000. The bonds offer a fixed annual coupon rate of 12.5%, paid quarterly.
The Bond Program Prospectus was registered by Decision No. 1/8 A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated January 7, 2026.
